Nottingham Forest have agreed deals to sign James McAtee and Omari Hutchinson, according to BBC Sport and Sky Sports.
Nottingham Forest have agreed a deal to sign Manchester City midfielder James McAtee for up to £30 million, with sell-on and buy-back clauses included.
The 22-year-old, who captained England Under-21s to Euro 2025 glory, made 27 appearances for City last season but started just three Premier League matches.

BBC Sport reports that Forest are also on the verge of finalising a £37.5 million move for Omari Hutchinson from Ipswich Town.
The 21-year-old winger, who scored in England U21’s Euro final win over Germany, joined Ipswich from Chelsea for £20 million last summer after helping the club earn promotion.
The Midlands side have been active in the market, already bringing in Dan Ndoye from Bologna and Igor Jesus, while extending the contract of Morgan Gibbs-White. They sold Anthony Elanga to Newcastle in a £55 million deal, creating room for new arrivals.
Manager Nuno Espírito Santo is still chasing further reinforcements, including Rennes striker Arnaud Kalimuendo and Juventus midfielder Douglas Luiz, while talks are ongoing with Callum Hudson-Odoi over a new contract.
With their Europa League campaign approaching, Forest’s spending this summer is set to pass the £100 million mark.
