Liverpool are set to return with an improved offer for Yan Diomandé after seeing their opening package rejected by RB Leipzig, according to Philipp Hinze.
The Reds had a €100 million proposal turned down, with the package understood to be worth €90 million plus €10 million in add-ons.
Liverpool are now expected to come back soon with a better offer as they continue their pursuit of the Leipzig attacker.
The club are also informed about Diomandé’s personal terms and do not expect complications on that side of the deal.
However, any move still depends on Liverpool reaching an agreement with RB Leipzig.
Leipzig are holding out for a higher fee after rejecting Liverpool’s first proposal.
