William Saliba and Jurrien Timber will not be available for Arsenal’s Champions League match against Kairat Almaty on Wednesday.
Both defenders were absent from team training on Tuesday, with Mikel Arteta confirming they will miss the game.
“Those players are out,” said the Arsenal manager.
“They have some niggles and it is a good opportunity to get them in the best possible condition for the weekend.”
