Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain united ahead of their Champions League clash to support Luis Enrique’s Xana Foundation in memory of his late daughter. Both clubs pledged donations through jersey auctions, turning a night of football into a gesture of solidarity.

Barcelona players wore special shirts that will be auctioned with proceeds split between the Fundació Blaugrana’s Bracelets program and the Xana Foundation. PSG will also auction their match jerseys, with all funds directed to the cause.
After PSG’s 2-1 victory at the Estadio Olímpico Lluís Companys, Enrique expressed gratitude: “I would like to thank FC Barcelona for the thoughtful gesture they have made in donating their shirts to be auctioned and raising funds for the Xana Foundation. It’s a very nice gesture from the president and the entire club.”

The initiative comes as the Xana Foundation, created after Enrique’s daughter Xana Martínez passed away at age nine in 2019 following a battle with bone cancer, continues to provide medical and emotional support for children and families facing serious illness.
