[DaveOCKOP.com reports] Tottenham Hotspur are targeting Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones and left-back Andy Robertson ahead of the January transfer window deadline.
Jones, 24, has featured 28 times this season (17 starts) under Arne Slot but is not among Liverpool’s highest earners. Spurs are reportedly ready with a £30m opening bid, though Liverpool may seek up to £65m for the midfielder. Former Liverpool assistant John Heitinga, now at Spurs, is reportedly a driving force behind the move.
Robertson, whose contract expires at the end of the season, is also being monitored by Tottenham. A potential January transfer would require negotiation, though a free move next summer is possible.
The interest in Jones and Robertson reflects Tottenham’s ambition to strengthen their squad amid injuries to Lucas Bergvall, James Maddison, Mohammed Kudus, Dejan Kulusevski, and Rodrigo Bentancur.
