Endrick Felipe’s future at Real Madrid has become one of the club’s main talking points, with the Brazilian forward yet to feature under Xabi Alonso.

The 19-year-old has missed time through injury but has still not appeared in any of the five matches for which he has been fit, raising fresh doubts about his role in the squad.

The expectation was that Alonso would give Endrick more opportunities than Carlo Ancelotti, yet the rise of Gonzalo Garcia at the Club World Cup has pushed him further down the pecking order.

It now appears one of the two young forwards could depart on loan in January to secure regular minutes.

[The Daily Briefing reports] that West Ham United and Newcastle United are both preparing loan bids for Endrick. West Ham previously made an offer last January, though it was rejected.

While West Ham’s current form makes them a less attractive option, Endrick is said to be open to a move to Newcastle, drawn by their Champions League football and long-term faith in young talent.

Brighton and Aston Villa are also monitoring the situation, with Manchester United, Juventus, Real Sociedad, Valencia, and Marseille all linked with the forward.

Endrick impressed last season, scoring seven goals and providing one assist in just 847 minutes of action.
