Karim Benzema is set to leave Al Ittihad and join Saudi Pro League rivals Al Hilal this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
“Benzema signs in as new Al Hilal player from Al Ittihad, HERE WE GO!” Romano wrote on X.
“The former Ballon d’Or leaves Al Ittihad to join Inzaghi’s project at Al Hilal with immediate effect.”
Romano added: “Benzema agreed on all terms tonight.”
The 38-year-old forward is now poised to make the switch within Saudi Arabia, ending his spell with reigning champions Al Ittihad to link up with Al Hilal ahead of the new season.
