Inter Milan are planning to submit a new offer to sign Al-Ittihad winger Moussa Diaby before the winter transfer window closes.
According to journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Inter’s initial proposal of a loan deal with a €35 million purchase option was rejected by the Saudi club.
Diaby is keen on joining Inter and has already agreed personal terms on a contract worth €4.5 million per year.
Al-Ittihad are insisting on either a permanent transfer or a loan with a mandatory purchase clause to sanction his exit.
The French winger has recorded three goals and 11 assists this season, making him a key target for Inter as the deadline approaches.
