Flamengo have submitted an official offer to sign West Ham midfielder Lucas Paquetá, with a guaranteed €41 million fixed fee, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Paquetá has reportedly told West Ham he wants to leave the club this month to return to Brazil, despite being committed to performing for the Hammers until a deal is finalised.
Romano added that negotiations are ongoing, with clubs yet to finalise the payment terms.
“There’s some clarification needed on how West Ham will eventually receive the money from Flamengo, but €41 million is on the table and discussions are continuing,” he said.
