Axel Disasi has completed a loan move to West Ham United for the remainder of the season, Chelsea have confirmed.
The defender joined Chelsea from Monaco in August 2023 and scored on his debut, going on to make 44 appearances in his first season at Stamford Bridge.
Disasi featured ten times in the first half of last season before spending the second half on loan at Aston Villa. He will now continue the campaign at the London Stadium.
Chelsea wished the defender well as he departs on loan.
