[SPORT reports] Barcelona have received positive fitness news ahead of Tuesday’s Copa del Rey quarter-final against Albacete, with Jules Kounde and Raphinha both expected to be available.
Kounde was substituted late in the La Liga win over Elche after experiencing cramps, but the change was made as a precaution. The French defender reassured staff after the match and reported for recovery work on Sunday despite being given the day off.
Raphinha also finished the Elche game with discomfort after suffering minor hamstring issues. He was withdrawn at half-time as a precaution, having already agreed with Hansi Flick to play limited minutes.
Both players are expected to travel, though Flick may opt for caution when selecting his starting XI.
