Ruben Amorim has been accused of “killing Benjamin Sesko’s confidence” as the Manchester United striker struggles to adapt following his summer move from RB Leipzig.
The 21-year-old has scored just once in seven appearances and is already facing criticism over his form.

Sesko endured a nightmare Manchester derby, completing only eight passes and losing most of his duels before being substituted in United’s 3-0 defeat to City.
Former United winger Lee Sharpe has questioned Amorim’s handling, suggesting Joshua Zirkzee should be starting ahead of him.
Sharpe told AceOdds.com: “I don’t think he’s quite up to speed yet… it could be killing his confidence, the way they’ve thrown him in at the moment.”
Despite his struggles on matchdays, reports from Carrington suggest Sesko has been impressing in training with sharp finishing and consistent praise from team-mates.
United face Sunderland at Old Trafford on October 4, giving Sesko another chance to silence critics and prove he can deliver under pressure.
