Arsenal are preparing a huge new contract to make Bukayo Saka one of the club’s top earners as they look to secure the England international for the long term.

According to the Mirror, Saka has entered the final two years of his current deal and the Gunners are confident he will sign fresh terms in the coming weeks. The 23-year-old remains central to Mikel Arteta’s plans and is viewed as a key figure in Arsenal’s push for silverware.

The move comes just days after William Saliba agreed a new deal that keeps him at the Emirates until 2030. Sporting director Andrea Berta has stressed that retaining core players is a priority, with recent extensions already agreed for Gabriel, Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly.

Arsenal invested heavily this summer—bringing in Viktor Gyökeres and Martin Zubimendi—but tying Saka down is seen as the club’s biggest statement of intent.

Next up, Arteta’s side host Olympiacos in the Champions League on Wednesday before facing West Ham at the Emirates on October 4.
