Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that Lucas Bergvall has undergone surgery on his left ankle after suffering a high ankle sprain in Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund.
The 19-year-old midfielder will now begin rehabilitation with the club’s medical staff.
