Harry Maguire is reportedly ready to turn down a £500,000-a-week move to Saudi Arabia if Manchester United offer him a new deal.
The former United captain is out of contract next summer, with Saudi Pro League clubs Al-Nassr and Al-Ettifaq keen on signing him.
The 31-year-old can open talks with overseas sides in January, and a move to the Middle East would represent a lucrative final contract as he nears the end of his career.

However, new suggestions indicate United are now considering offering him a contract extension, with talks expected in the coming weeks.
Maguire is said to want assurances that any new deal would reflect his role at the club and guarantee him an integral place in the squad.
He is also aware that joining the Saudi Pro League could harm his England chances, whether under Thomas Tuchel or a future manager.
In an ideal scenario, Maguire would like to finish his career at Old Trafford but only if the terms of a new contract are right.
