Before halftime, Inter turned the game around with goals from Zielinski, Lautaro Martinez, and Esposito.
The second half saw further Inter strikes from Dimarco, Bonny, and a late header from Mkhitaryan, sealing a dominant win.
The result keeps Inter top of Serie A, six points clear of AC Milan.
