Barcelona have reached an agreement to renew Fermín Lopez’s contract, according to La Vanguardia.
The new deal will keep the midfielder at the club until 2031, highlighting his growing role in the first team.
As part of the renewal, Fermín will receive a significant 50% salary increase.
Barcelona have also doubled his release clause, safeguarding one of their most promising young talents.
The club is expected to make the contract extension official following their upcoming match against Copenhagen.
