Carlo Ancelotti, head coach of the Brazil national team, has indicated he is likely to extend his contract for four more years. The comments came in a preview of the new edition of Universo Valdano, set to premiere this Friday on the Movistar Plus platform.

Ancelotti, who took charge of Brazil less than a year ago, expressed satisfaction with the role and his plans moving forward: “I think I’m going to renew for four years with Brazil. It’s a new job, I like it a lot: analysis, innovation…”

The Italian coach is preparing for his first major tournament with Brazil at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in June, where the Canarinha will aim to reclaim global dominance.
