Barcelona have received a big injury boost as Ferran Torres returned to training ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League game against Benfica.
The Spanish forward missed the last two matches with a thigh injury but has recovered quickly and is now expected to be available for the final group-stage clash.
It is still unclear whether Torres will start the game, but his presence gives Barcelona more attacking options.
Earlier reports suggested Torres would be fully fit for the weekend’s La Liga match against Elche. He has scored 15 goals in all competitions this season.
His return comes at an important time for Barcelona, especially with Robert Lewandowski struggling to maintain his usual form.
