Adidas have released Trionda, the official ball of the FIFA World Cup 2026, featuring a bold design that represents host nations Canada, the USA and Mexico.

The ball showcases swirls of red, blue and green, alongside a maple leaf, star and eagle motif, symbolising the three countries co-hosting the tournament.

Constructed from four panels with deep seams and embossed details, Trionda is designed to deliver optimal flight stability and grip in all conditions.

It also introduces an upgraded motion-sensor Connected Ball Technology, now mounted inside a side panel with counterweights for balance.

The 500Hz IMU sensor will send precise ball data to VAR in real time, supporting faster offside decisions.

Adidas describe Trionda as the “most visually playful FIFA World Cup ball ever,” finished with gold detailing to represent the trophy.

Despite early comparisons to the controversial Jabulani of 2010, it will make its debut when the tournament kicks off on 11 June 2026 with 48 teams competing across 16 stadiums.
