According to Arriyadiyah, Cristiano Ronaldo, the star forward for Al-Nassr, has been given firm commitments from the club’s leadership to fix the errors from the recent period and bring back much-needed calm to the organization.
The source indicates that outstanding salary payments to club staff will be cleared in the next few days.
Central to these commitments is the reinstatement of full administrative and financial authority to Portuguese executive José Semedo, the CEO, and his fellow countryman Simão Coutinho, the sporting director. Significant restructuring within the club’s administration is anticipated shortly, potentially involving the dismissal of Abdullah Al-Majed from his role as chairman of the board of directors in efforts to ease ongoing internal conflicts.
Previously, reports noted that Ronaldo had concluded his absence and resumed training sessions with Al-Nassr.
The team sits in second place in the Saudi Pro League table at present.
